1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to OneSafe Pass. These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and OneSafe Pass ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the OneSafe Pass password manager service, including our website and application (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must meet the following requirements to use OneSafe Pass:
- You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction)
- You must have a valid Google account
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- You must not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. Account and Security
3.1 Account Creation
To use OneSafe Pass, you must sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your Google account
- Creating a strong master password
- Keeping your master password confidential
- All activities that occur under your account
3.2 Master Password Responsibility
CRITICAL: Your master password is the only key to decrypt your data. Due to our zero-knowledge architecture:
- We cannot recover or reset your master password
- We cannot access your encrypted data without your master password
- If you forget your master password, your data will be permanently inaccessible
- You are solely responsible for remembering and securely storing your master password
Warning: There is NO master password recovery mechanism. If you lose your master password, your data cannot be recovered by anyone, including us. Please store it securely.
3.3 Account Security
You agree to:
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
- Use strong, unique passwords for both your Google account and master password
- Log out from shared or public computers
- Keep your devices secure and up-to-date
4. Acceptable Use
4.1 Permitted Use
You may use OneSafe Pass to:
- Store and manage your passwords, payment cards, and 2FA codes
- Encrypt and store secure attachments
- Organize your credentials in multiple vaults
- Access your encrypted data across multiple devices
4.2 Prohibited Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Store illegal content or credentials for illegal activities
- Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with security features
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- Use the Service to transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Harvest or collect information about other users
- Use automated systems (bots, scripts) to access the Service
- Overload or interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
- Share your account with others
5. Service Availability and Modifications
5.1 Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
- The Service will be available at all times
- Defects will be corrected immediately
- The Service will be compatible with all devices and browsers
5.2 Service Modifications
We reserve the right to:
- Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service
- Update features, functionality, or design
- Impose limits on certain features or restrict access
- Change these Terms at any time (with notice)
5.3 Maintenance

6. Data and Storage
6.1 Your Data
You retain all rights to your data stored in OneSafe Pass. Your encrypted data is stored in your Google Drive account, which you own and control.
6.2 Our Access
Due to our zero-knowledge architecture:
- We cannot access, view, or decrypt your passwords
- We cannot recover your data if you lose your master password
- We have no control over data stored in your Google Drive
6.3 Google Drive Storage
Your data storage is subject to:
- Google Drive's terms of service and storage limits
- Your Google account's storage quota (typically 15GB free)
- Google's data retention and deletion policies
6.4 Data Backup
While your data is stored in Google Drive (which provides its own backups), we recommend:
- Exporting your vault periodically as a backup
- Storing your master password securely in multiple locations
- Maintaining alternative access to critical accounts
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Our Rights
OneSafe Pass and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This includes:
- Source code and software
- Design, layout, and user interface
- Logos, trademarks, and brand elements
- Documentation and content
7.2 License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.
7.3 Your Rights
You retain all rights to:
- Your passwords and data stored in OneSafe Pass
- Content you create or upload to the Service
- Your Google Drive data and account
8. Third-Party Services
8.1 Google Services
OneSafe Pass integrates with Google Drive and Google OAuth. Your use of these services is subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for Google's services, policies, or practices.
8.2 Third-Party Links
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.
9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
9.1 Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
- Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
- Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any information
- Warranties that defects will be corrected
9.2 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Loss of data, passwords, or encrypted information
- Inability to access your data due to forgotten master password
- Data breaches of your Google account or Google Drive
- Service interruptions or unavailability
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
- Any damages exceeding the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months (which is typically $0 as the Service is free)
9.3 User Responsibility
You acknowledge and agree that:
- You use the Service at your own risk
- You are solely responsible for backing up your data
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your master password
- We cannot recover lost passwords or decrypt your data
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OneSafe Pass, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
- Your use or misuse of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
- Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
11. Termination
11.1 Termination by You
You may stop using the Service at any time by:
- Logging out of the application
- Revoking OneSafe Pass's access to your Google account
- Deleting your vault data from your Google Drive
11.2 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
- Requests by law enforcement or other government agencies
- Unexpected technical or security issues
11.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your right to access the Service will cease immediately
- Your encrypted data will remain in your Google Drive (we do not delete your data)
- You may still access your data by reinstating access to OneSafe Pass
- Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect
12. Dispute Resolution
12.1 Informal Resolution
If you have a dispute with us, please contact us at support@onesafepass.com to resolve the matter informally.
12.2 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which OneSafe Pass operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12.3 Arbitration
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement or violation of confidentiality obligations.
13. General Provisions
13.1 Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by:
- Posting the updated Terms on our website
- Updating the "Last Updated" date
- Sending a notification through the Service (for significant changes)
Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13.2 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and OneSafe Pass regarding the Service.
13.3 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
13.4 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
13.5 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under them without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without your consent.
13.6 No Agency
No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship is created between you and OneSafe Pass as a result of these Terms or your use of the Service.
